For this purpose, immediately upon arrival, the client shall present to the reception staff for inspection their identity card, passport or other valid identity document in accordance with Act No. 135/82 Coll. on the reporting and registration of the residence of citizens, as amended, and in accordance with Act No. 428/2008 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended.
Every guest who is not a citizen of the Slovak Republic (a foreign national) is obliged, in accordance with Act No. 48/2008 Coll. on the residence of foreign nationals, as amended, to complete and hand in at the reception the official residence registration form, stating all the required details truthfully and completely.
The accommodation provider provides the client with services in the scope and quality determined by the relevant decree on the categorisation and classification of accommodation and catering establishments, according to which the hotel is classified.
On the basis of the ordered accommodation, the guest may check in on the day of arrival from 14.00. Unless the time of accommodation has been agreed in advance, the client shall check out no later than 10.00 on the last day and vacate the room by the same time. If the client fails to do so by the specified time, the accommodation provider may charge them for the stay for the following day.
When occupying the room, the client shall, in their own interest, check the condition and functionality of the equipment in the room and report any faults and deficiencies to the reception immediately.
If the client requests an extension of the accommodation, the accommodation provider may, if able to meet the request, also provide a room other than the one in which the client was originally accommodated.
Payment, or the balance, for services ordered in advance shall be made immediately upon the start of the stay. For accommodation and other services, the client is obliged to pay the prices in accordance with the valid price list, which is available at the hotel reception.
The client agrees that, throughout the entire period of rental of their room, the maintenance worker or the accommodation provider has the right to enter the room in order to perform their work duties.
The accommodation provider is not liable for money, valuables and documents brought into the accommodation facility by the client, nor for damage to items left there, unless it has taken them into safekeeping at the place designated for that purpose.
In the room or in the common rooms of the accommodation facility, the client may not move furniture or equipment, carry out repairs or interfere in any way with telephones, radio or television receivers, or with the electrical network or any other installation.
In the accommodation facility, and in particular in the room, the client is not permitted to use their own electrical appliances. This rule does not apply to electrical appliances used for the client’s personal hygiene (shavers or massage devices, hair dryers, etc.)
The client may not engage in noisy entertainment, sing or listen loudly to radio or television programmes in the room or in the corridors of the accommodation facility. Between 22:00 and 06:00 the client is obliged to observe the night-time quiet hours.
For safety reasons, children under the age of 10 may not be left without adult supervision in the room, the corridors or other common areas of the accommodation facility.
Pets are allowed for a fee of €7/night.
Smoking in the rooms is prohibited. It is allowed only in outdoor areas.
Guests may not receive visitors in their room. They may receive them in the areas designated for that purpose.
Hotel staff are not authorised to provide any information about accommodated guests to third parties, with the exception of police officers after they have identified themselves and demonstrated a justified need for such information.
Reception staff are not obliged to accommodate persons under the influence of alcohol or other narcotic substances.
Reception staff are not obliged to sell alcoholic beverages to persons noticeably under the influence of alcohol.
When leaving the room, the client is obliged to turn off the water taps, switch off electrical appliances and the room lighting, close the windows and close the door.
If a guest has in any way devalued or damaged the hotel’s equipment, they are obliged to report it to the hotel reception immediately, at the latest at the time of their departure. It is up to the hotel operator how it will claim compensation for the damage from the responsible guest. The guest is liable for all damage caused to the hotel’s property in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Guests’ complaints and any suggestions for improving the hotel’s services are received by the hotel management. The book of wishes and complaints is available at an accessible place at the hotel reception.
The client is obliged to comply with the provisions of these accommodation rules from the moment they rent the room. If the client seriously breaches them, the accommodation provider has the right to withdraw from the order of the accommodation service even before the end of the agreed period.
These accommodation rules are available to clients in the rooms and at the hotel reception in a visible place.
